Pipe Rubber has been used in the Gulf of Mexico since 2000 with IO 16/18, LAO and IO/ester blends. GCMS data has shown no contamination due to Pipe Rubber. This is to be expected because it is inert and non-soluble. Also Pipe Rubber has passed the weekly sheen test during this time without incident. |
